ORDERS & PRODUCTS

What kinds of products do you carry? We specialize in beautifully designed party supplies — think napkins, plates, banners, balloons, favor bags, tableware, and more. Whether you're planning a birthday bash, bridal shower, holiday party, or just a Tuesday worth celebrating, we've got the goods.

Are your products available individually or only in packs? Most of our products come in packs — because good parties rarely come in quantities of one. Pack sizes are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you're getting before you add to cart.

Can I place a custom or personalized order? We love a personal touch! Custom and personalized options may be available for select products. Reach out to us at hello@pieceofcakeparty.com and we'll let you know what's possible for your celebration.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? Planning a big party? Drop us a line about bulk inquiries and we'll do our best to make it work. We love helping other party people do what they do best.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–7 business days after that. Expedited options are available at checkout if your party is just around the corner — no judgment, we've all been there.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations — contact us directly and we'll see what we can do. Good parties know no borders.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your package every step of the way — right to your doorstep (and then to the dessert table).

What if my order arrives damaged? Oh no — that's not the kind of surprise we're going for. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right, pronto.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. Since many of our products are one-time-use party supplies, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. Custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Can I exchange an item for a different design or size? Absolutely — we want you to love what you ordered. Contact us at hello@pieceofcakeparty.com within 15 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the exchange process.

How long does a refund take to process? Once we receive your return and confirm it's in original condition, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it — hang tight!

ACCOUNT & ORDERING

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal and other options at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted — shop with confidence!

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pieceofcakeparty.com. We'll do our best to accommodate you before your order ships.

Do you offer gift cards? A gift card for a party store? Now that's a gift. Check our site for current gift card availability — because sometimes the best present is letting someone throw their own perfect party.
