Shipping
Every order ships from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Need it by a specific date? Email us at hello@pieceofcakeparty.com and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
A few things to know:
- Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO Boxes.
- Expedited shipping is available on all US orders. If you need an order by a specific date, email us for a shipping quote.
- Pick-up from our warehouse doesn't run on weekends.
Returns
We want every order to feel right the moment it arrives. If something's off, we'll make it easy.
- You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
- To initiate a return or an exchange, please email us at hello@pieceofcakeparty.com
- Items should be unused and in their original condition. If something arrives broken, please send us a photo so that we can share it with our shipper.
- Final Sale items — anything marked permanently reduced, or purchased during a sitewide promotion — aren't eligible for return. This excludes promo codes from email or text sign-ups.
- Custom orders are final sale.
- We can't offer price adjustments.
