Shipping information
- Please note that our warehouse takes 1-2 business days to process orders.
- If you have a specific date you need your order by, please email our customer service team at customerservice@pieceofcakeparty.com so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
- We offer expedited shipping on US orders however please note Saturday & Sunday are not transit days for the expedited shipping services. If you place an order at or after 12PM on Thursday with "Two-Day Shipping" it will not arrive until Monday.
- The cutoff window for same day shipping on expedited orders is 1:59PM EST Monday-Friday. If the order is placed after 2PM on Friday, it will not arrive until Monday or Tuesday.
- We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Returns
We strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any product, please read our returns policy and email us to start your return:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
- We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unused and undamaged.
- Items considered as "Final Sale" are those that are permanently reduced on the website and/or items purchased during site-wide promotions. Promo codes received for email & text subscriptions are excluded.
- All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not price adjust.
- Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. An order can be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will be a $10 cancellation & processing fee.
